1. Do we pay per diem?
-- Yes. Requires valid state ID with proof of address up to 75 miles away or a current bill (electric, water, etc.) with name      and address.
2. Do we provide hotel accommodations?
-- No. We no longer direct bill hotels for employees.  We can, however, refer you to cost efficient hotels.
3. Do we give advances?
-- Yes. One advance will be given at no charge.  Subsequent loans will be assessed a $15.00 Administration Fee.
4. Do welders get paid for testing?
-- Possibly.  It depends on where you are sent to work.
5. What is our pay schedule?
-- You get paid weekly: Thursday for night shift and Friday for day shift.
6. Who do we hire?
-- First and Second class trades; must be US citizens in most cases.
7. Is a background check necessary?
-- Possibly. It depends on where you are sent to work.
8. Do we offer direct deposit?
-- Yes.
9. What type of proof of citizenship do we require?
-- U.S. passport, Birth Certificate, Naturalization Papers, and Social Security Card, State or Federal issued I.D.  Three forms are required.
10. Do we offer health insurance?
-- Yes.  We offer an employee paid health insurance through Starbridge Select.  Various levels are available with optional dental and eye insurance.
11. Can you refer people to us?
-- Yes. $25 for every person you refer who works 40 hours.
12. What bank do we use?
-- Bank of the Commonwealth
